Shipping

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx and US Postal Service. Unless you request otherwise, we will ship your order by the cheapest and or most reliable method for the type of goods being shipped and the destination.

We DO NOT ship via UPS because they have refused to pay insurance claims on past damaged packages. Please do not ask.

Tracking Information

If you supply an email address during ordering, we will email a tracking number for your shipment before the package(s) leaves our facility. Tracking emails regularly end up in peoples spam/junk folders. Please check your junk folder and settings prior to contacting us for a replacement.

Damaged or Stolen Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to report this to the shipping company. You must also retain the shipping container and packing material for the shipper's inspection. By not promptly reporting the damage or loss, you have accepted the shipment “AS IS” without further recourse. Once a shipment has been delivered to your address, CH Tool & Die is not responsible for stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure their packages.

Domestic Shipments

We will ship your order as promptly as possible. If you ask us to partial ship your order for any reason, you will have to pay additional shipping fees for the additional shipments.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all state and local laws when ordering.

Export Shipments

Duties and taxes may apply to your order and are paid by you. We have no control over the amount of duties and taxes your country charges you or the timing of this process. You will be provided with tracking information before it leaves our facility. We encourage you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Due to the additional time it takes to put together an international shipment there is a $10-20, depending on the country, per package handling fee on each international shipment. Many countries we ship to do not provide insurance for lost or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing your order in such an event.

If for any reason your package is returned to us by the shipping company, you will have to pay all shipping charges to reship the order.

Export Exclusions

We DO NOT ship to the following countries:

* Most of these exclusions are due to US government sanctions against those countries.
