Warranty

All products manufactured by CH Tool & Die come with a limited lifetime warranty on material and workmanship for the original owner.

ALL REPLACEMENT AND REFUND REQUESTS START WITH RETURNING THE PRODUCT. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN UNTIL WE HAVE THE PRODUCT.

Replacements

Any product determined to be faulty in material or workmanship will be replaced at no charge.

Shipping costs for returning faulty products may be refunded if the items were not damaged through improper usage. This will be determined upon receipt of the product.

Products deemed to be damaged through improper usage WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

Refunds and Returns

ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS REQUIRE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE. NO REFUNDS AFTER 180 DAYS.

Faulty product refunds will be in the amount of the original purchase price including shipping. Return shipping costs will also be refunded. If multiple items were ordered on the original order, the amount of the original shipping refund will be estimated by the shipping department.

Any return or request for refund on non-faulty products will incur a 15% restocking fee. Initial and return shipping costs on non-faulty products are NOT refundable.
