Blank Crimping

Our Blank Crimp Dies are designed to close the case mouth with a six segment rose crimp. Straight walled cartridges usually require the blank crimp die only. Most rimless calibers (9mm, 45 ACP, etc.) usually require a shoulder on the case to control head spacing so blank crimp sets include a blank crimp die and a shoulder die.

• Substituting blanks for live ammo in automatics will not function the weapon unless it is modified, probably making it unusable for real ammo.
