Tapered Expander Plugs

Primarily used in case forming operations. Tapered expander plugs provide a gradual taper for "necking up" operations, which means to expand the neck of a case to a larger diameter or caliber.

The expanding mandrel has a transition slope of 1 inch, which means that the distance from the starting dimension to the end dimension is 1 inch.

Tapered expander plugs are grouped by calibers starting with the beginning caliber and tapering up to the finish caliber. Select a caliber for pricing and availability.
